Here in Australia it suddenly became very cold and very dry after a glorious warm Autumn, and we got caught off guard. There's a rush to drink more, attempting to hydrate quickly, and out comes all the creams and moisturizers. Yet, it feels like a battle of lizard lady vs the air and this is not a good feeling at all! We want to feel connected with ourselves in Nature.
If you didn't give yourself an Autumn cleanse/detox time, you may have caught a cold due to dehydrated tissues or stress, or be experiencing dry itchy skin at the moment.
Remind your cells how to absorb the fluid you drink by creating a sweat each day. A dehydrated system might initially just flush that water right through but keep drinking, room temperature or hot water based drinks, every 20 minutes to connect your tissues with hydrated awareness and they'll catch on.
