In truth, you already know the things that help you feel good. Think back to a day where you felt relaxed and happy in your true self. Then think about the things you did that day that could have contributed to you feeling that way. This reflection and tapping into your Vijnanamaya Kosha (intuition) is the basis of knowing what makes you feel well and fully aligned. Practice those things every day and you will experience an abundance of vitality and good health.
