Do you ever procrastinate about showing up for your own well-being?
"I know, I just don't do it enough." is a phrase I hear from lots of frustrated people. It's a horrible feeling being stuck on a plateau and dabbling, trying to find ways to feel better in your body.

Although you won't get completely or consistently well until you address the underlying causes of dis-ease and the daily habits that lead to it! When you're relaxed, your whole system can start to clear the way and begin repairing your body tissues. Yes, wholesome food for essential nutrients is vital to optimal repair, so is rest and movement. This is common knowledge. The part to the puzzle that feels so good and almost MAGICAL is where you make space, you bring clarity and lightness to the dark. In this way You are your own guru - in Ayurveda guru means heavy, grounding. gu on its own means darkness and ru means dispel. So focus on the positive and send energy in that direction.
