It's time to slow down. If you didn't reset in April with a detox program, you may not have established your way forward like our detoxers did - a group of us prepped for the next six months, until October when we cleanse and reset again. You might even be suffering burn out or a cold right now! You can still reset from here onwards, feel the stress drop away, and feel more connected to your own life.
There are many ways to approach your day and get reconnected. One thing we do when business or home life demands is to pause a minute and consider if something's important or urgent. When we do this we're actually tapping into our principles and developing them.
Our principles are our non-negotiables, they help form our boundaries and become OUR AYURVEDA, our knowledge of healthy living.
By aligning your heart with your head and acting from there you'll remember how to really live with other people and communicate clearly. You'll notice the wonders of nature. And you feel like you do on holiday when time slows down. Focus on what's really important to you.
