It's coming up to detox time and we can't wait to create space for our bodies to heal. To rid the body of toxins and nourish our cells.
In Ayurveda toxins are called Ama and this can build up. When this build up becomes too much, the body's systems weaken and disease becomes prevalent. Creating space within your mind body and spirit can help you prevent and maintain a balanced and healthy system. In order to create this space, Lesley has created the seasonal detox that is held twice per year so that your body can transition smoothly into the following seasons without carrying residual Ama.
Sign ups open on the 1st of March so keep an eye out for it here
To hear more about creating space and why it will put you on the path to optimal health Lesley explains further below.

In Ayurveda, having poor digestion doesn't just mean that you're having "tummy troubles". In fact, there are 3 different types of undesirable digestive states that you my be in. These are: Visham, Tikshna and Mandagni.
In the video below, our practitioner, Lesley, runs through all three of these states and some of the things you can do to bring the balance back to your gut.
